Our 90 Day Review is designed to help you complete a ‘self audit’ to ensure that any matters needing attention are addressed. We will complete a full analysis of your portfolio cash flow, review the loan structure to see if there are any changes required that may benefit you and potentially set you up to make your next property purchase. We are flexible in the delivery of this support to you, if we cannot meet in person then you have the alternatives of an online face to face meeting via Skype.
